<p>My girls are super active especially my 8 and almost 6 year old. They love to run outside, play, ride their bikes, swim, dance and more! My older daughter has recently been getting ready to start her Swimming season. She loves to swim and is getting really good at it! Once she is done swimming she is almost always super worn out and thirsty! It takes a ton of energy to swim the laps in the pool and to practice diving in and the different strokes.</p>
